Shipping & Delivery


The agreed delivery lead time will be 2 weeks, subject to supply and transport possibilities. However, the purchaser will be entitled to cancel an order in the event of delays exceeding 2 weeks as from the maximum delivery deadline mentioned on the order, except in cases of force majeure or other events outside Promulias control including strikes, embargoes and fires, etc.


The delivery of the Products will be considered as taking place in Promulias’s warehouses, either by direct handover of the Products to the purchaser or by their handover to the shipper or haulier appointed by the transfer by the purchaser or failing this appointed by Promulias.

In all cases, the transfer of risks takes place on the delivery date, and the purchaser must ensure that are fully insured as from this date.

In the event of losses or damage being noted at the time of arrival, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to issue all necessary comments and complaints to the haulier within the required deadlines.
