1 - Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 15 working days after delivery date.
2 - Items must be returned new, unused, with all PROMULIAS tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
3 - We do not offer provide labels at this time. Return costs are covered at your expense, including duties and taxes for international customers. Please ship the return package via your preferred carrier. Transport costs will not be reimbursed. We don't need insurance or express shipping, however, be sure to get a tracking number. You can return the items directly and for free in one of our stores.
